The Hat Cart is an identity crisis unfolding before your eyes. Emily doesn't know who she is anymore, so she recreates a day in her life when she did: An old summer job working at the Hat Cart. As she encounters past customers and relives the events that shaped her, she is forced to confront why not having an identity can be dangerous, and why having one may be even more. At the drop of a hat... anything can change.

 

Artist/Company Bio: 

Emily received her BFA in Acting at Syracuse University in 2019. She moved to NYC during her last semester to pursue her artistic goals and joyously ran around the city looking for sparkly adventures! She has many goals yet to be reached, but she's absolutely covered in glitter.
