The Alex Sanchez and Cat Pitt Comedy Experience
by Catherine Pitt and Alex Sanchez
Welcome, willkommen, to the Alex Sanchez and Cat Pitt Comedy Experience. Alex Sanchez and Cat Pitt have been friends for nearly a decade. During that time they have explored the deepest depths of the human experience (either intentionally or unintentionally) and have arrived safely on the other side as two very silly people. They will be putting on a Comedy Show, of sorts, surrounding the concept of, "Uncertainty." Won't you join them? They promise you'll laugh, at least a little bit.
Alex Sanchez and Cat Pitt have previously appeared on the Theatre Crude stage in The CatMaster Cycle in 2022. They are very grateful to be given another opportunity to create some space for absurdist theatre in Oklahoma City. Alex can be heard in the podcast "The Praisedown" with Heath Huffman, and has most recently appeared in the film, Bug Man. Cat is currently producing the live show A Very Mid Journey in the Los Angeles area, and is in pre-production of a new podcast with Artemis Oliver.

Big Dad Energy
by Jamie Campbell
In a show about fatherhood from a guy who doesn't have any children, comedian Jamie Campbell details what it’s like to approach middle-age and realize you’re going to let the clock run out on the possibility of parenthood. The pop culture nostalgia, and humor-filled soul-searching will resonate with anyone who grew up in the 80s/90s.
"As a Gen-X mother of two...Jamie Campbell's jokes hit dead center...goes toe-to-toe with the best comedians in the business!" - Natalie Shaw, Dallas Theatre Journal
"Best of Fringe" - KC Fringe Festival
"Best Comedy" - Tucson Fringe Festival
"Best of Fringe" - Capital Fringe Festival
Jamie Campbell is a nationally touring comedian, actor, and screenwriter. His album, Tell Me You’re Proud of Me, debuted at #1 on Amazon’s comedy charts. In Chicago, where his career began, he was named the city’s “Best Stand-Up Comedian” by The Chicago Reader. You may recognize him from NBC’s Chicago Fire, the Pop Network’s Hollywood Darlings, a recent Super Bowl ad alongside Kristin Chenoweth, or a series of music videos by hiphop legend Tech N9ne.

The Co.llective Arts Puppet Circus for Oklahoma
by Co.llective Arts Productions
See wonders both wildly unimaginable and eerily familiar at The Co.llective Arts Puppet Circus for Oklahoma! Be transported near and far by mythical tales; a young family with a sick child, a ghost town devastated by ecological disaster, and the fight for the heart of Oklahoma. Become bewildered by distortions and contortions physical, mental, and emotional in this genre-blending, awe-inspiring, tightrope-wiring extravaganza! Created by the inaugural Co.Hort by Co.Arts, the Puppet Circus was co-written by 10 emerging OKC theatre artists over a series of retreats in 2023.
Co.llective Arts Productions is a performing arts collective that serves as an incubation space for emerging performing artists to produce original work. The Co.llective Arts Puppet Circus for Oklahoma is the first creation of the Co.Hort, a new devising lab program from Co.Arts. The Co.Hort aims to bring together emerging theatre artists to create new works in a non-hierarchical structure.

Hidden Hands: Tantalizing Tales of Puppet Terror
by LalliPOP's Lab
Virtual production
Standing on the felted shoulders of puppetry giants like ‘Meet the Feebles’, Lallipop’s Lab offers an anthology of weird, macabre tales as presented by puppets. We aim to challenge how our audience looks at the world by using (and misusing) experimental film, puppetry, and storytelling techniques that will delight and terrify all! This anthology will feature classic horror and science fiction tropes that adults know and love and will really get them FOAMing at the mouth for more!
Lallipop’s Lab is the creation of Laura Pool. She is a children's librarian and clown and she knows that kids love puppets, but she also knows that adults should too! She is aided by a troupe of volunteer clowns (ClownLife Arts), film nerds, librarians, musicians, and poets.
Laura Pool (she/her) - Creative Director, Puppeteer
Daniel J. Pool (he/him) - Film Wizard, Puppeteer
Ben Doray (he/him) - Creative Consultant, Puppeteer

Hot Boys
by Kali Tripodis
Virtual production
Kali Tripodis is comedian and musician with a penchant for chaos. As a movie-loving 90s kid, true love was always drilled into Kali's head as the absolute pinnacle of success. Because of this, she centered herself around the male gaze and subconsciously molded her personality for their pleasure. The moment she laid eyes on her first crush, her life forever shifted onto a path that would ultimately lead her to violently throwing up in a Red Lobster. Hot Boys is a comedic and musical exploration of this. Hot Boys is a multimedia experience with original songs, tragic stories, and personal triumph. It is a show for those of us who have lost touch with ourselves to please others. It is a show for those of us who have sacrificed too much for a fantasy that was never real. It is a show for those of us who have had to rediscover ourselves like an old, estranged friend. Never lose yourself for love. But if you do, make sure it’s not to a convicted coke dealer with a Justin Timberlake tattoo.
Kali Tripodis is a writer and performer who is just waiting for you to ask her about Shrek. She is a writer for the house sketch team at Armory Comedy, and was a member of a house sketch team and house improv team at Second City in Los Angeles. She's also currently performing her solo show, Hot Boys, around New York City. You can follow her on Instagram @kalisucks to get the dates for that, or to look at Guy Fieri memes. Kali is also an accomplished pianist and singer, and you can find her belting Lady Gaga at piano bars all over town.

Vinny Mraz (he/him) - Director

The Man from Midnight Station
by Dillon Bertholf
When word arrives that the governor wants to put a railroad right through the location of Lillian's place, a stop on an overnight stagecoach route, a small group makes a plan to save the saloon from the ash heap of history. A high-spirited, mythic tale of passion, deception, and snake oil, it features a zealous governor who will do anything to put that railroad through, a tough-as-nails madame who's proud of what she's accomplished, an endearing dancer who wants to see her name in lights, and an incandescent lead who's straight (or not) out of an operetta.
Dillon Bertholf is an artist based in Oklahoma City, with a focus in interactive installations, scenic design, and multimedia pieces. He currently works in theatre administration, and in his spare time enjoys cooking, watching old movies, and playing board games with friends.

Mind Reader
by Steven Nicholas
After the success of his debut show, ExperiMENTAL, Steven Nicholas returns to Oklahoma City with a brand new mind reading experience. The show will begin entirely in your imagination and you might not even realize it's happening. We will reach beyond the walls of the theater, involving people who haven’t even come to the show. Minds will be read, questions answered, and realities twisted. We can’t tell you exactly what will happen on any given night, but we can promise that you’ll see things you’ve never seen before.
Steven Nicholas is an entertainer who aims to inspire audiences by expanding their belief in their own limitless potential. He has appeared in numerous national commercials, films, and theatrical productions. His debut one man show, ExperiMENTAL, won the “Patrons’ Pick” award at the Orlando Fringe Festival and the Rochester City Newspaper raved that it was “delightfully impossible” and “masterfully executed.” Steven is thrilled to be touring his new production, Mind Reader, this summer and fall.

New Oklahoma Operas
by Opera on Tap OKC
This show will feature three recently commissioned short operas from Opera on Tap's 10-Minute Opera festival. Each work presents a diverse, eccentric theme through powerful vocals and expressive acting. Prather’s opera features an optimistic, eager journalist alongside her misogynist boss. This relevant exposé provides the perspective of a woman mistreated in the workplace and was originally written during the height of the #metoo movement. Van Horn’s opera is a comedic re-telling of Alice at the Tea Party. Finally, Broyles’ Conveyance tells the story of two best friends, who co-pilot a freighter in a distant star system. All is well until a single conversation makes them doubt each other.
As a 501 (c)(3) non-profit performing arts organization, Opera on Tap - OKC’s motto is “opera for the people.” Our mission is to perform in alternative venues, to provide professional performance opportunities to local musicians, and to promote new, contemporary opera. Our chapter is managed locally and provides these opportunities to Central Oklahoma. Our dynamic roster of professional vocalists perform a range of operatic repertoire, and through their interpretations and portrayed emotions, listeners are pulled into a truly immersive experience.

It’s a future close enough to imagine. A new tech service, Shelf Life, promises to take every piece of information you have on a loved one and load it into an AI. The resulting companion is something between immortality and a voice from the grave. The technology is new, the price high, but you can see this technology for yourself if you work for Quality Control. The catch? To maintain impartiality, you must never use the program yourself. ://SHELF_LIFE follows Luc, QC’s lead trainer who is currently undergoing a Human Resources tribunal. He’s broken the rules for Aunt April, the maiden aunt who lived at the fringes of the family. And now, he has one hour to appeal to a disciplinary committee to save himself—and his creation.

Things That You or I Do or Have Done
by Zach Kernal
Virtual production
Things That You or I Do or Have Done is a play with characters that don’t matter. This production walks the audience through ten different conversations with little to no context. The characters and scenes are not connected to one another, they are simply there to facilitate thought in the audience about their own relationships and thoughts.

Yellow
by C. Alex Webster
Yellow, based on the 1892 short story "The Yellow Wallpaper" by Charlotte Perkins-Gilman, is an exploration of a woman's internal life when the lights go off and the world fades away. Loneliness and being alone are two different things, but they can be experienced in tandem. How do we cope with loneliness? How do we manage our wild imaginations when our musings have nowhere to go? Who can we turn to for the "real truth", and what does "real" even mean?
Alex is a performer, collaborator, and educator with an MFA in Theatre Performance and Pedagogy from Texas Tech University, and a BA in Theatre and Fine Arts Communications from Brevard College. She also completed three levels of training in the LoVetri Method of Somatic VoiceworkTM. Alex employs performance-based research to create new works and develop methods for reviving Golden Age Musicals in a contemporary context. She can't resist a competitive game of Scrabble!
